Account responsibilities

Registration and verification

Create one account using accurate personal details. You must be 18 or over and provide identity and address documents when asked. Verification may be required before withdrawals. Failure to verify on request may delay or block cashouts.

Account security

Keep login details confidential. Notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend access where security risks are detected or where suspected fraud occurs.

Eligibility requirements

Access depends on local laws and account eligibility. Restricted countries and persons listed in the Terms are not permitted to register. Only one account per person, household and payment method is allowed. False or incomplete information may result in account closure and fund forfeiture.

Acceptable use of the service

Use the platform for lawful gaming only. Prohibited actions include fraud, collusion, abuse of promotions, use of VPNs or proxies to bypass restrictions, chargebacks and sharing accounts. Abusive patterns may lead to suspension, confiscation of funds and permanent exclusion.

Bonus and promotion rules

Promotions are subject to separate terms. Opt-in, wagering requirements, contribution rates and game exclusions apply. Bonuses expire as stated. Maximum bet limits apply while wagering. Bonus abuse, hedging or other exploitative behaviour may result in bonus removal and denied withdrawals. Check the promotion terms before accepting any offer.

Deposits and withdrawals

Processing and limits
